Beams and Floor Framing

With all the posts cut to height, we lifted in the drop beams, which run E-W. Then we were albe to slide in the N-S beams accross the drop neams without much lifting, thankfully, as the 20 footers easily exceed 300lbs.

At this point we drilled through the beams at the concrete L-walls and epoxied threaded rod into the concrete. After curing overnight, we tightened down the beams, locking the whole unit together.

We then installed all the floor joists. It is now ready for floor sheathing, which will be 5/8" tounge and groove plywood.
